Stories
I had a blast volunteering at Second Harvest! The employees made sure we were all safe, keeping COVID in mind, and did a great job preparing and mentoring us throughout the evening. It felt more like a fun social gathering than a volunteering session. We all just sorted pears into bins, talked, and listened to fun music! Plus, we all got a piece of candy, a snack, and a drink afterward. It’s a great way to have fun while serving the community. - Alecia Leshan after volunteering at Second Harvest Food Bank on March 25th
