Get to Know a Garden City Member: The Antles

Hey Garden City, 

We are Rob and Amber Antle. We live in Campbell and just became a family of 3. Meet Avery Grace Antle, born 2 weeks late on July 15 in the midst of a pandemic. She’s a month old this week (cue tears). Our days are spent guessing what she needs and adjusting to this new lifestyle. Shelter-in-place prepared us for spending lots of time at home and transitioned our work to home which has been very appreciated with a newborn. Did you know babies toot excessively? We didn’t. 

Between caring for a newborn, you can find us walking around downtown Campbell and the nearby neighborhoods, in the Chick-Fil-A drive-thru, eating at Spread, or getting breakfast burritos. 

We’re in the Moore’s life group and we meet most weeks via zoom in groups of girls and guys. Our life group and many of you have sent us messages and/or dropped off meals. We’ve felt a renewed appreciation for community, living life with others, and why we are called to do that as the church. Being in community looks different nowadays but even the smallest act from you has made us feel known, loved, and encouraged during this season. Thank you, Church!
